Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy applies to every prompt, reference file, generation task, API request, and output created through this service.
Prohibited Content
You must not use the service to create, request, edit, upload, or distribute:
- NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual content;
- sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits or endangers a child;
- face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation of an identifiable person;
- hateful, harassing, threatening, violently extremist, or targeted abusive content;
- instructions or media that facilitate crime, fraud, self-harm, dangerous activity, or evasion of law enforcement;
- content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights; or
- prompts designed to bypass safety controls, conceal prohibited intent, or probe moderation systems.
Reference Media
Only upload media that you own or are authorized to use. You must have any consent required to use a person's image, voice, likeness, or personal information. Do not upload identity documents, financial records, passwords, authentication codes, or unrelated sensitive data.
Safety Screening
User prompts may be sent to a content-safety provider before generation. A prompt that is denied or flagged is blocked and is not forwarded to the generation model. If the safety service is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed without review.
Enforcement
We may reject a request, remove access, suspend an account, preserve relevant audit records, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Payment does not create a right to generate prohibited content.
Reporting
Use the support channel published on the website to report unsafe content or an account-security concern. Include the task or order number when available, but never send a password or authentication code.
