Kiveloom Studio is an independent AI media generation service built with a SaaS template. This policy explains the basic information we may collect when the service is connected to authentication, payments, analytics, task lookup or customer support features.

Information We May Collect

• Account information such as email address and sign-in provider details.
• Order and generation information such as plan choice, order number, contact email, payment proof, task notes and delivery status.
• Prompt text plus the requested media type and model label used to screen generation requests for prohibited or unsafe content.
• Support information such as status screenshots or issue descriptions when you request help.
• Basic analytics such as page views, referring pages and device/browser information.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide the service, review payments, screen prompts before generation, track generation tasks, prevent abuse, improve product quality and answer support requests.

Third-Party Services

The production service may use providers such as Supabase, Creem, analytics tools, storage providers, email providers, generation providers or payment processors. Prompt text may be sent to a content-safety provider before it is sent to a generation model. Their own privacy terms apply to the data they process.
