Refund Policy for Seedance 2 Studio

This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Seedance 2 Studio orders. The service is an independent AI media generation workspace and is not affiliated with the model providers referenced in the product interface.
Before Generation Starts
If payment was completed but no credits were delivered and no generation task was created, contact support with the order number and payment email. Confirmed duplicate charges and confirmed payments that were not credited are eligible for correction or refund.
After Credits or Generation Are Used
Digital credits and completed generation work are normally non-refundable after they have been delivered or consumed. AI output can vary, so a result that does not match a subjective creative preference is not by itself evidence of a service failure.
Service Failures
When a task fails before creation, credits should not be deducted. When a confirmed platform failure consumes credits without producing a usable result, we may restore the credits or provide another reasonable remedy after reviewing task logs.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary and are outside our direct control.
Request Information
Include the order number, payment email, affected task ID, date, and a short description of the problem. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or account session data.
