Terms of Service for Kiveloom Studio

Kiveloom Studio is an independent AI image and video generation workspace with optional audio controls for supported video models. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Independent Product

Kiveloom Studio is not an official OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, ByteDance or other upstream platform product. Model availability, output format, processing time and price depend on third-party model providers, checkout settings and upstream platform rules.

Acceptable Use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not create NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative or non-consensual content; create face swaps, deepfakes or deceptive impersonation; misuse the service; attack the system; submit false payment evidence; violate provider rules or intellectual-property rights; copy media without authorization; evade content-safety controls; or use generated output in ways that break applicable laws.

Prompts may be screened before generation. Requests that are denied or flagged by content-safety controls are blocked and are not forwarded to a generation model.

Orders, Payments and Support

Orders or generation tasks may require an order number, contact email, payment proof, task notes and status screenshots. Supported payment methods, limits, processing time, delivery boundaries and refund rules are shown at checkout or confirmed by support.

Sensitive Information

Kiveloom Studio does not ask for passwords, verification codes or long-lived login sessions by default. If a specific workflow requires reference media, only upload files you own or are authorized to use.

Changes

We may update these terms as products, payment channels, model routes and upstream platform rules change.
